Requests, estimates, and appointments
Submitting a form requests a conversation about your project. It does not book a confirmed appointment, authorize landscaping work, create a service contract, or require payment. Your preferred date is subject to availability and direct confirmation. A saved-request receipt confirms that information was received by the website, not that the owner has reviewed it.
Package selections, quantities, and budget preferences are starting points, not final prices. Service area, scope, materials, disposal, access, property conditions, and scheduling must be reviewed. Sod and landscape stone are individually quoted. Final work, price, payment terms, cancellation arrangements, and any project-specific conditions must be agreed separately before work begins.
Yard concepts
The yard studio is a visual discussion tool. A saved or downloaded design is not a survey, engineered plan, planting prescription, drainage assessment, utility clearance, permit approval, or construction document. Dimensions, boundaries, utilities, site suitability, and any permits must be verified before work. Feature icons illustrate ideas; they do not promise that we offer every pictured installation service. Do not use a concept alone to decide where to dig or build.
Your information and authority
Provide accurate information and submit only information you are entitled to share. Before authorizing work, you must have the property owner’s permission or other necessary authority. Avoid putting private access codes, payment details, or unnecessary information about other people in the notes or yard labels.
Appropriate use
Do not use the website to submit spam, impersonate someone, upload harmful content, interfere with service, or attempt to access another person’s requests. Please report suspected problems using the contact information above.
Content and availability
You may use the planning tools and download your yard concept for personal project planning. Business branding and other website materials remain the property of their respective owners. The website may occasionally be unavailable or contain an error; contact us to confirm important project details. There is no guarantee of a particular landscaping result from using the planning tools.
Privacy and customer rights
Our privacy policy explains how submitted information and saved drafts are handled. Nothing on this page is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These website terms do not replace a signed project agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms as the website changes and will show the effective date here. Changes to an agreed landscaping project must be handled through that project’s agreement.
